Mauran Blackwell Gallery is the
museum’s collection of Chinese objects made for
the export markets of Europe and America. These
include porcelain punch bowls, plates and a tankard,
a bamboo chair, and paintings of Canton and other
scenes along the Pearl River.
One case contains items
associated with tea, such as a silver tea set and tea
caddy, a lacquer tea caddy, and porcelain teapots,
cups and saucers.
