Photographic Charges

All prices are exclusive of VAT and postage and packing.

Prices applicable as of 1^st April 2010 but may vary without notice.

Image Supply

Digital Image supply - £15 per image (price does not include reproduction fees)

Digital images are sent out on CD or emailed at a resolution of 300dpi (22cm x 16cm), unless otherwise stated. If a larger image is required, this may require new photography, for which additional charges may apply.

Other formats may be available (transparency, prints, slides) prices for these available on request.

Payment must be received in full before images are sent out. Orders requiring a rush service will incur additional charges.

Reproduction Fees

Books/Magazines/Periodicals/Newspapers

Black & White         Images reproduced in monochrome attract a 25% discount.

Short Run               For editorial publications with print runs of less than 2,000 copies, special                                  terms may apply.

Extended Run        For extended print-runs, the following additional charges apply:

                           ·     10,000 -25,000 copies, an additional 25%

                           ·     25,000 – 50,000 copies, an additional 50%

                           ·     50,000 – 100,000 copies, an additional 75%

                                 ·     In excess of 100,000 copies, an additional 100%

Multiple Images     Where more than 5 images are used, a 35% discount applies to the

                                 standard rate.

Educational/Non-profit organisations       Charges may be reduced for educational or

                                                                        non-profit organisations.

Fees available for other uses upon request.
