Autumn Talk – Fine and Folk Art in America

Join us to hear more about how the European taste for fine art during the 18th and 19th centuries influenced artists in America and the unique tradition of Folk Art. Our speaker, Nick Russell, will guide you through, sharing the most interesting stories about the items in our collection which you can view as part of your visit.

If you are a member, please log in with your member ID or email on the ticket page. Please note, if you are not a member, you will need to purchase an admission ticket to the American Museum & Gardens as well as a free event ticket.

Things you need to know
The event starts at 2.30pm and is due to end by 3.15pm.
We are pleased to offer free parking. If the main car park is full, please follow our signs to the additional parking, just a short distance up Claverton Hill from the main car park.
On arrival, please check in with the Ticket Office team who will give you more information about your visit. Please arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of the start time to check in.
If you are not a member, please purchase an admission ticket, which includes the gardens, museum, exhibition, deli café and shop, in addition to your event ticket.
Please be aware that we are unable to provide a refund unless we close the American Museum & Gardens due to unforeseen circumstances or cancel the event ourselves.
